All day everyday

Ok, so I haven't been great with the blog since the parents left, but I am going to do better now. I have been working out, but I am going to be starting P90X either next week or the week after. Then the photos will start rolling in. Are you guys ok if you can see my stomach in my photos. Thats the part I want to work the most and you won't be able to see my 6 pack when I'm done if you don't see my stomach. Let me know if your ok with that. Can't wait.

Want a good work out? Get yourself a crappy mower

Het! So glad you were able to finally join us. I am glad that you posted and look forward to more. I hope this blog can be just that, rambling, ranting, and motivating. Yeah we are all here now, keep up the posts and eventually the pictures will come too...

Today I used my lawn mowing skills to get a good workout. Apparently they had changed my pillates class to today but I completely missed it. I will have to think of something when Friday rolls around. So to complain a little bit, my arms are small at the wrist, but I have some major relief society arms. Its sick. Pushing the lawnmower just confirmed that I seriously need to start lifting weights or start pushing a full stroller up a hill everyday. Also my lawnmower's back wheel stopped working so I was trying to push the lawnmower without lifting it and the back wheel not rollingd. It was really hard and I feel really tired.
But really happy that I hurt, so weird when it comes to working out. You hurt so bad but change it so it feels so good. Now if I can just stop snacking and eating sweets I think I might be able to fit into my "skinny" boot cut jeans again.

I just wanted to post!!!!

I am here, but I am kind of in my undies, and I cant take my picture, but I still wanted to add something before the day is through.

I feel like I have turned a corner, but the corner seemed really wide, or maybe rounded, where you feel like you just keep turning and turning... but I think a lot of it is fear. I fear so many things that I don't know how to express, and I just wanted to write something down...I know, I am rambling...

My actual goals are small, because I kept getting overwhelmed by how much I need an overhaul. I hate admitting this, but I actually reached my pregnancy weight, and there is no baby in me. Very depressing, so I have been eating less, smaller portions and what not, and I am glad to say that I am no longer my preg weight, (184, I am mortified to tell you that), but this morning I was 176, and whatever mental thing I doing to myself seems to be working. I love you both, thanks for listening to my rant, I will post tomorrow!

In the flippin garden all day

I gardened today. What exactly does that mean in terms of exercise? Well I lifted waits, did forward bends, did regular and yoga squats, walked a lot, and spent a lot of time in the hot hot sun. I also got a killer chaco line. I am very proud of that. I am sore and tired, but maybe a I am a little stronger, maybe I can endure more, and maybe I will have a lot of vegetables soon so I can eat healthy :) I know I have a huge weight off my shoulders, because my garden is all planted. On the USDA website it list gardening as an exercise and on the wii fit plus I can get several health points (or whatever they are called)

I'm never gonna give up...

I love this blog. Lets keep it going. We just started it and I know we can get better. Today I did two forms of exercise. This morning I went on an hour long walk with a friend (Image picture here, but for some reason it won't upload right now). Then tonight I finished mowing the lawn it took me 40 minutes. H, please start putting your stories on here, it will be more fun if you do.

I honestly grumbled about this blog this morning saying dang blog now I have to go work out, but it made me get out of the house and start working out, so THANKS BLOG!. I will try and figure out what is going on with my computer and why I can't put pictures on. Hope we can keep this blog up.

It's been one week since you looked at me

Pillates was awesome, the instructor was awesome. I think that pillates is a love it or hate it exercise. I mean it really hurts. Today we worked on our legs, butt and abs. I think every pillates class works the abs though so that kind of a given. I wish that mine were stronger and flatter. I am always surprised at how out of shape I feel when I go on Friday. Too be fair I am in a lot better shape than I was when I started this class in January. However its only thanks to this Friday class that I am. I don't think I exercised at all during the winter except for pillates on Fridays. So thanks instructor kate!

One more thing: is this working out thing and website working out for you? I mean its not really that hard, but it really hasn't taken off. We still haven't heard from 1/3 of the gals and the other 2/3 gals have not been consistent. Should we just bag the blog?

Happy Anniversary dear sisters! (I know its actually today and tomorrow, but I don't want to miss it.)

Yesterday I put my sweet boy down for his nap. He gets atleast 1 hour in bed even if he is awake. I decided it would be a good idea to get outside and take care of our super long grass. So instead of just slowly going along, taking my time, I jogged the yard. It took me less than half an hour to do the front yard when it usually takes me an hour. Then I started on the back yard. I didn't get it finished in a half hour and had to come in and make sure the boy wasn't awake yet. He was awake and that ended my workout. I am happy to say that we are no longer the longest grass on the block and I got my workout in.
